Download New Leadership Statement

With support from the Teagle Foundation, New Leadership for Student Learning and Accountability: A Statement of Principles, Commitments to Action was jointly developed by the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in dialogue with many colleagues, including leaders in the nation's major higher education and accreditation associations. It has been printed for use in higher education meetings. AAC&U and CHEA encourage its wide dissemination, look forward to vigorous debate in many settings and to the implementation of its recommendations.
